Dan Kaiser – Chair
Dan Kaiser: Dan Kaiser was born and raised in Ottawa, where he completed all of his schooling and studies (B.Sc. Biochemistry, B.Ed). Dan and his wife, Trish, are both teachers, and taught in Germany for two years before returning to Ottawa to raise their three children, all of whom now attend St. Timothy's. Dan has been teaching Science and Math at Redeemer Christian High School for the past eleven years
David Schimpky – Treasurer
David Schipmky: David Schimpky was born and raised in the Niagara Region and is currently an executive in the public sector. He has a BA in English Language and Literature from Brock University and a Masters in Publishing from Simon Fraser University. He and his family worship at the Meeting House in Ottawa, and are also involved in the Upper Room Home of Prayer, a Catholic ministry of spiritual direction and contemplation.
Anna Dekker – Secretary
Anna spent her first ten years with her missionary parents in Central and South America. In Canada, she has lived in Alberta and Ontario, and in Ottawa for the past six years. She is a lawyer working for the federal government. She and her husband have a daughter at St. Timothy's and a son who is still at home. They are members of Calvin Christian Reformed Church.
Sara Mastrangelo – Parent Liaison and Development
Sara Mastrangelo moved to Ottawa with her husband Jeremy and children Lia and Joel in 2013 after living in the States for 16 years. Currently she is a first violinist in Ottawa's "Thirteen Strings" chamber orchestra and performs regularly with the National Arts Centre Orchestra, in addition to private teaching at Ottawa Suzuki Strings. There she coaches the internationally acclaimed Suzuki violin ensemble, "Stellae Boreales". She has served on various church committees and work committees. Sara led the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra through contract re-negotiations involving a large board, management, the orchestra and the musicians' union. She has also worked as a life insurance agent and associate agent. Sara was fortunate to attend Calvin Christian School and the Mennonite Brethern Collegiate Institute while growing up in Winnipeg, and feels that this was an enormous benefit to her, spiritually and academically.
Nancy has a BSc from Guelph and a BEd from Ottawa U. Her husband's job took them from Ottawa to Atlanta then England before returning to Ottawa. Her involvement in St. Timothy's began with a grade 4 reading group, and has included PE and a year teaching the Grade 3/4 class in the afternoons. In her spare time, Nancy organizes the Recovery Area for Ottawa Race Weekend and Army Run, and is an Occasional teacher in the OCDSB. Her children are pursuing post-secondary education. She and her husband attend St Peter and St Paul's Anglican Church.
